FOUNDER, OWNER

Rock Wilson started R-n-R back in 1996. He has worked tirelessly since then to build an ethical business where everyone feels welcome and where customers feel confident they are getting the best service and best product for the best price.

BUSINESS MANAGER, INTERIOR DESIGNER

Stacey has been with R-n-R almost since the beginning. With a degree in Interior Design from Weber State University, Stacey has helped thousands of customers find the best flooring to meet their design goals. As the business manager, Stacey maintains cohesive and effective day-to-day operations at R-n-R. Stacey’s favorite design styles are: simplistic, mid-century modern, and contemporary.

INTERIOR DECORATOR, SALES ASSOCIATE

With about 15 years of experience with R-n-R, Patti has extensive knowledge of products and the remodeling/building process. She makes everyone feel at ease and you will leave feeling excited and confident about your selections. When Patti is not at R-n-R she is busy supporting her grandchildren at ball games.

INTERIOR DESIGNER, SALES ASSOCIATE

Holly has worked at R-n-R Flooring for over 6 years and has a degree in Interior Design from Weber State University. With her educational knowledge combined with real world experience of remodeling two homes, she can guide you to the selections that are best for you and your home. Her favorite design styles are mid-century modern, Scandinavian, and transitional, but enjoys working with a range of styles.

INTERIOR DECORATOR, SALES ASSOCIATE

Megan has years of experience in home projects and remodels. She has flipped many houses and is familiar with the installation process of products from the subfloor up. She can help choose the perfect tone of different products from hard surfaces to carpet and paint. Her bold style and fun personality will help you design a one of a kind look for your home.

INTERIOR DECORATOR, SALES ASSOCIATE

As a mom of three, Sarah is no stranger to hard work, and she puts in that work and dedication for all of her customers. She will give you honest feedback to help with your selections. She’s loved the fun, familial culture of working at R-n-R for the last three years. Sarah’s favorite product to select is hardwood and her favorite design style is modern farmhouse.

INTERIOR DECORATOR, SALES ASSOCIATE

Emma is an Interior Design student at Weber State. She has a passion for design and helping people find flooring that they’ll absolutely love for their homes. Her favorite design style is the farm house look. If you come in at the right time you can either catch her dancing, singing, or planning her next vacation!

ESTIMATOR

Trevor has worked at R-n-R since 2022, and is an expert in using our state of the art figuring program to measure and determine how to most efficiently lay flooring to ensure no shortage of material while minimizing waste. He is meticulous, careful, and committed to helping our customers find the best solution for their homes. Bonus: he has every single Pokémon card.

MARKETING, SALES

Velden received a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in entrepreneurship followed by an MBA at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. He has worked at R-n-R since May 2022. Pairing his education with past work experience covering most areas in the construction industry, Velden is committed to helping R-n-R customers enjoy every interaction they have with us, whether online or in person.
